Protection of personal data
Personal data provided to us by customers is processed by "Intersell Technologie Fiber Poland" Sp. z o.o. The personal data entrusted to us is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract of sending the order and if the customer agrees to do so, in order to inform about new products, services and promotions offered by the intersell.pl. Personal data is not shared with other entities for marketing purposes.
Data access rights
Each customer has the right to access and correct their data - on the www.intersell.pl pages after logging in to the client panel, each client, after registering, has access to his data and can change it. The personal data entrusted to us is stored and secured in accordance with the rules laid down by applicable law:
- Act of 29.08.1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text Journal of Laws No. 101 of 2002, item 926, as amended)
- Act of 18.07.2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended)
- Regulation of 29.0.04 of the Minister of Interior and Administration on documentation of the processing of personal data and the technical and organizational conditions to be met by it equipment and systems for the processing of personal data (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024).

If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, please do not create a customer account in the intersell.pl store and do not make purchases in the store and do not use any services owned by "Intersell Technologies Fiber Optic Australia" Sp. z o.o.
