INTERsell has acquired the status of polish, the only DVP service center.

All repairs of the equipment of the offered brand are carried out in the service office at Ul. Sosnowa 2B in Szczepan. We can also assist you with post-warranty repairs. In our offer you will also find spare parts for DVP devices and shinewaytech, thanks to which minor repairs can be done independently.

THE PROBLEM WITH CENTERING TO THE CORE OR "NOT SEEING THE FIBER" IN MOST CASES IS DUE TO INCORRECT CLEANLINESS OF THE WORKSPACE. BEFORE SENDING THE DEVICE TO SERVICE, YOU NEED TO CLEAN THE WORKSPACE YOURSELF, PAYING SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE V-GROOVES.

IF THE PROBLEM ARISES DUE TO CONTAMINATION IN THE WORKSPACE AREA, THE SERVICE THAT ONLY NEEDS CLEANING IS NOT PROVIDED UNDER WARRANTY.

Request devices for service

The device must be sent to:

Before sending your device to service, please fill out a service request (Download here)by selecting whether the service is to be provided under warranty.
In this document, fill in the fields below "COMPLETE NOTIFIER":
- Buyer,
- Subject of the application and serial number,
- Description of the defect / malfunction - briefly describe what the defect / fault is. If the fault concerns the welder, it is advisable to switch on the fibres,
- The contents of the package - what will contain the package that will be sent to the service (e.g. welder, cleaver, suitcase, G657 fibers).

The fields below "SERVICE FILLS IN" are completed by us at the stage of receipt of the package (Date of receipt for service) and on shipment (other fields).

PLEASE PRINT THIS DOCUMENT AND ATTACH IT TO THE PACKAGE

If this is not possible, the file may be filled in digitally (e.g. using Adobe Reader and the built-in "Fill" feature) and sent to our email address.

In the event that the customer/applicant does not complete the "service request" document, such document will be completed by the service (including the fields under "FILLS IN THE APPLICANT"). However, please attach such a document to the sent device - this will facilitate the repair process and reduce the time of service.

Repair time

We make every effort to ensure that the customer's waiting time for the return of the device is as short as possible, we are in constant contact with the user of the device. Service repair times largely depend on the type of failure. For this period, we offer our customers replacement devices so that the installer can continue to work.

Service repairs in Poland: 3-7 days (estimated time)

Service repairs in China: manufacturer-dependent

Service repairs in Poland that require spare parts that only fit your device (e.g. PalmOTDR systems) may take longer to complete from China.
