SHIPPING & RETURNS
§1 Shipping
Orders placed in the intersell.pl online store are delivered within Poland and selected European countries.
Available shipping methods:
Poland
• InPost Parcel Lockers
• InPost Courier
• Pallet transport (for large orders)
International shipping
• FedEx Courier
• TNT Courier
Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method, weight and size of the order. The exact shipping cost is displayed during checkout.
§2 Order Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days.
Estimated delivery time:
Poland
1–3 business days
European countries
3–7 business days
For pallet shipments delivery time may be longer and is arranged individually.
§3 Shipment Tracking
After the shipment is dispatched, the customer receives a tracking number allowing the parcel to be tracked on the courier's website.
§4 Returns
According to consumer protection regulations, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from receiving the goods.
To initiate a return, the customer must inform the seller about the decision to withdraw from the contract.
This can be done by:
• sending an email
• submitting a withdrawal form
The product must be returned within 14 days from submitting the withdrawal statement.
The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
§5 Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
The seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of shipment is provided.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
§6 Transport Damage Claims
If the shipment is damaged during transport, it is recommended to prepare a damage report with the courier and contact the store immediately.
§7 Product Installation and Use
Some products offered in the store may require specialized installation or appropriate technical knowledge.
The seller shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper installation, incorrect assembly or use of the product contrary to its intended purpose or the manufacturer's instructions.
